Martin Buber-Day

At this event, which is planned to take place annually, we would like to introduce participants to one or more of Martin Buber’s themes. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to discuss these topics further.

We also want to offer the opportunity to purchase a sculpture of Martin Buber (an artwork by Ernesto Marques). The proceeds will go towards the creation of a larger bronze statue for a public square in Kerkrade.

The ambassadors of this “support” initiative—Petra Dassen-Housen, Harm Wiertz, Ralph Hundscheid, and Peter Waliczek—also invite their friends to this event.

Musical interludes (by Florian Koltun and Xin Wang), a glass of wine, and some light refreshments will ensure a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
