“Bridges to Beauty”

The theme of this year’s Euriade is BUILDING BRIDGES.
At our FRIENDS at the Art Hotel Superior, we want to draw attention to this phenomenon with an exhibition featuring works by Marcela Alvarez (Kerkrade) .
The opening will take place on October 31st at 6pm with musical contributions from Jo Smeets (guitar).
Marcela’s paintings show how our nature—its air, scents, colors, constellations, its VITALITY…— is perceived by the artist and conveyed to us in all its intimacy, thanks to her powers of vision and expression. With Marcela, we look and see, with Marcela, we experience our earth, which we perhaps hardly ever contemplate in all its beauty anymore, in all proximity, in all harmony, in all joy … NEW!
Her paintings stop us, and standing in front of them—still, taking our time—we experience our connection with her… Afterwards, there is the opportunity for DINNER!
